Ramona is a Human Resources Professional  with over 10 years of professional HR experience in the area of employee relations, labor relations, talent acquisition, change management, and training and organizational development.  She hold’s a Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of New Haven and she holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.  She and her husband Carmine have two incredibly adorable English Springer Spaniels (see them here) and live in Connecticut.
